Sr. Social Media & Content Specialist, Beauty Category

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality beauty content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
• Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and paid advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers, proactively source and reach out to potential partners, and assist in managing affiliate programs
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with trends in beauty, social media, and content marketing

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong video editing skills and ability to produce short-form content
• Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing programs
• Ability to work onsite (Monday - Friday) in Brea, CA
• A deep, genuine passion for Asian culture and products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (highly preferred)
• Proficiency with content management tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
• Portfolio of social media work required (must demonstrate individual contribution in creation, copywriting, or editing)
