About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Supply Chain teams, including Planning & Analytics and Supplier Quality, to ensure on-time delivery for large-scale capital projects.
- Manage supplier labor in coordination with General Contractors and internal scheduling teams to align deliverables.
- Negotiate and manage change orders related to overtime, schedule compression, and acceleration.
- Lead Change Order after (CDEs) and technical submittals with suppliers prior to construction.
- Act as the commercial Subject Matter Expert to justify and negotiate claims based on contractual conditions.
- Facilitate the delivery and inspection of Owner Furnish Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment.
- Manage post-award site delivery scheduling and monitor long-lead equipment (LLE) performance.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers, engineers, and supply chain teams to execute post-award design alignment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, or operations.
- OR Bachelor's degree in a related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage supplier labor and complex change orders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data science, finance, or supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an active construction environment.
- Previous experience in hyperscale data center construction or large-scale building projects.
- Deep knowledge of the data center industry and project delivery management.
- Ability to drive results within highly ambiguous and matrixed organizational structures.
- Proficiency in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholder groups.
