Sr. Shared Services Analyst, Benefits & Payroll

Responsibilities

• Manage complex payroll and benefits tasks, serving as a subject matter expert to ensure accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Lead efforts to achieve meticulous accuracy in tasks by identifying inconsistencies and mentoring junior team members.
• Oversee the research and resolution of complex issues, including data collection, analysis, and root cause identification.
• Act as a primary point of contact for daily tasks, providing expert-level answers and comprehensive analysis.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and advocating for enhanced performance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory changes, including Secure Act 2.0, and maintain adherence to SOX and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective teamwork throughout payroll and benefits processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (equivalent work experience may be substituted).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in benefit and payroll processing.
• Proven experience with 401(k)/RRSP reporting, reconciliations, and funding.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with full professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and/or ADP systems.
• Experience with ADP GlobalView.

Benefits

• Expected hiring salary range of $75,000 - $105,000.
