Sr. ServiceNow Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in managing ServiceNow support tasks, including incident, request, problem, change, and defect management.
• Translate complex user stories into technical requirements and high-quality ServiceNow configurations.
• Maintain platform integrity by performing proactive system audits to identify performance bottlenecks and orphaned records.
• Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, providing guidance on technical blockers and ensuring code consistency.
• Drive process automation by partnering with IT workstreams to implement workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Support platform upgrade cycles through impact analysis, managing clone-back activities, and remediating skipped records.
• Manage CMDB accuracy, reliable auditing, and detailed record keeping.
• Build and maintain a library of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) cases to ensure regression-free deployments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years of experience with ServiceNow or other Service Delivery and Knowledge Management applications.
• Proven experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Functional knowledge in HR and Finance domains.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within a global, multicultural team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Administrator certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration.
• Experience with Integration Hub, Orchestrator, and Service Portal.
• ITIL v3/4 certification.
