About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with dealers in your portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
- Drive sustainable business growth for dealers through data-driven insights and customized marketplace solutions.
- Leverage performance data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and track key input metrics.
- Partner with dealer leadership to develop strategic account plans that optimize operations and scale their Amazon presence.
- Manage escalations and provide solutions to help dealers navigate challenges and maintain healthy account operations.
- Identify and champion process improvements, including driving adoption of new tools and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Operations, and Program Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or client/seller success roles.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders (GM and VP-level).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing escalations and resolving complex account issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry, dealership operations, or e-commerce platforms.
- 7+ years of experience in account management or partner success within a technology environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally to advocate for partner needs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and performance analytics dashboards.
- Experience in a start-up or early-stage business environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
