Sr. Scientist - Systems Immunology

Responsibilities

• Integrate, analyze, and interpret high-dimensional immune profiling datasets to support discovery and translational research
• Focus on multimodal datasets including spectral cytometry, secretomics, and transcriptomics to uncover immune mechanisms
• Characterize complex cellular phenotypes and identify biomarkers and therapeutic hypotheses
• Work within cross-functional research teams to design studies and develop analytical workflows
• Generate biologically meaningful insights from complex multi-omics datasets

Requirements

• PhD with 2+ years of experience, MSc with 5+ years of experience, or BSc with 8+ years of experience in a related discipline
• Expertise in systems immunology and quantitative data analysis
• Proficiency in R and/or Python for computational and statistical analysis
• Experience with spectral cytometry and transcriptomics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dimensionality reduction, clustering, and visualization for high-dimensional datasets
• Proven ability to develop biologically meaningful interpretations from multi-omics data
• Strong scientific analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and interdisciplinary environment
