About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive agile planning and execution of HEOR strategies across IDS MA in collaboration with global and regional teams
- Plan and deliver HEOR programs, including launch deliverables, economic modelling, and RWD studies
- Own functional operating plans while contributing to business strategy development
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree (Masters, MPH, PhD) with HEOR training and certification
- 3+ years of experience conducting HEOR research
- Mandatory experience in device or diagnostics (pure pharma experience is not applicable)
- Demonstrated contribution to the field through publications and external HEOR community participation
- Substantial technical knowledge in economic modelling and RWD studies
- Knowledge of external OR, Clinical, Regulatory, and Reimbursement environments
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
