Sr. SAP BTP Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Perform BTP account administration, security, connectivity, service enablement, and platform governance.
• Design and implement solutions for complex technical problems and manage business systems configuration and upgrades.
• Identify and resolve application issues, performing impact analysis for system changes and platform performance improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary support contact for application end-users.
• Create and maintain system documentation and lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system changes with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 5+ years of experience in technology solution configuration, application analysis, or project delivery.
• Proven experience in SAP BTP Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Security and Identity Management.
• Experience with Connectivity and Integration services.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SAP BTP Administration (Global accounts, subaccounts, Cloud Foundry/Kyma, entitlements).
• 1+ years of experience in Security & Identity Management (IAS/IPS, role collections, OAuth, SAML).
• 1+ years of experience in Connectivity & Integration (Cloud Connector, Destination Service, Integration Suite).
• 1+ years of experience in Monitoring, Operations, and Governance.
• Experience configuring business systems within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
