Sr. Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure and customize standard Salesforce features, including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
• Integrate with on-premise tools for CTI AppExchange products
• Design and implement effective data migration, transformation, and integration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, optimized code following Salesforce best practices
• Plan and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Oversee controlled deployments to production environments and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Proven experience with CTI integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box features such as Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, and Lightning App Builder
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems
• Ability to work according to the Eastern time zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications
• Familiarity with the Healthcare domain
• Understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud
