Sr. Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of scalable custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Develop and customize complex solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and revenue operations
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging Agentforce
• Partner with Architects and Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead implementation of complex development projects and third-party integrations
• Evolve development best practices including code standards, branching, and CI/CD
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• In-depth experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Experience designing Agentforce-based solutions for AI-powered workflows
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk)
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset
• Experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications required

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in CPQ
• Additional certifications in Agentforce Specialist
