Sr Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform new item setup using Item 360, Supplier One, 1 World Sync, Scintilla, and Data Sync/Retail Link
• Maintain item accuracy through regular information maintenance, ensuring assortments are built and linked properly
• Manage seasonal quotes for new and existing items, including coordination with the import team for direct import quotes
• Ensure accuracy of item setups in Supplier One and assist with the request and delivery of product samples
• Update product description templates, acquire images, and complete requested account forms
• Partner with third parties to manage item setup and maintenance for Walmart.com business
• Assist with office duties including PO management, inventory, vendor relations, and event hosting

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, merchandise buying/planning, or a related field
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook
• Hands-on experience with Walmart systems (Scintilla, Supplier One, Retail Link, Item 360, and 1 World Sync)
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with the ability to maintain high process accuracy
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and customers
• Understanding of item assortments and parent/child item relationships
