Sr Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve segmentation, planning, and operational process efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Finance, Sales AI, Sales Tech, and regional leadership to deliver results on predefined timelines.
• Support teams in investigating and resolving complex, high-impact problems and escalations regarding sales data and processes.
• Analyze existing process gaps and develop simple, scalable solutions to close them.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to propose and prioritize product and science features.
• Project-manage multiple workflows across planning milestones and communicate complex analytical results clearly to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems or tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, or Salesforce automation.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tools) or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience presenting complex data and strategic insights to senior leadership.
