Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver, Industrial Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth and increase market share by acquiring new customers and managing won business.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand ChemTreat's position within assigned segments.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key decision-makers through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic questioning.
• Provide detailed analysis of market trends, competition, technologies, and revenue opportunities.
• Create and present effective technical proposals that communicate the ChemTreat value proposition.
• Collaborate with Technical Staff and Account Managers to develop and transition growth strategies.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical degree.
• 7+ years of successful experience in the water treatment industry.
• Deep knowledge of chemical water treatment systems and applications (e.g., boilers, cooling towers, ROs, clarifiers).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work varied schedules.
