Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver, Industrial Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth by acquiring new customers and managing won business through innovative sales strategies.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute sales plans using technical knowledge of water treatment systems including boilers, cooling towers, ROs, and wastewater.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and technologies to increase sales volume and profit margins.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with decision-makers through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic questioning.
• Create and present effective proposals that communicate the ChemTreat value proposition.
• Collaborate with Technical Staff and Account Managers to ensure smooth business transitions and customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical degree.
• 7+ years of successful experience in the water treatment industry.
• Deep familiarity with chemical water treatment systems and applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work varied schedules.
