Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver, Industrial Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth and increase market share by implementing innovative sales strategies.
• Focus on acquiring new customers through identification, prioritization, and strategic analysis.
• Manage and retain existing business by fostering value certification and demonstrating ROI.
• Develop key relationships with decision-makers through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic questioning.
• Provide analysis of market trends, competition, technologies, and revenue opportunities.
• Create and present effective technical proposals to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Technical Staff and Account Managers to develop and transition growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical degree.
• 7+ years of successful experience in water treatment.
• Deep knowledge of chemical water treatment systems and applications (boilers, cooling towers, ROs, clarifiers, etc.).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work varied schedules.
