Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive market position and increase share within assigned market segments through innovative sales strategies
• Focus on acquiring new customers through identification, prioritization, and strategic analysis
• Manage and retain existing customer base by fostering value certification and demonstrating ROI
• Develop key relationships with decision-makers through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic questioning
• Provide analysis of markets, trends, competition, and technologies to optimize revenue
• Create and present effective technical proposals to prospective customers
• Collaborate with Technical Staff and Account Managers to transition new business and develop growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical degree
• 7+ years of successful experience in water treatment
• Deep knowledge of chemical water treatment systems and applications (e.g., boilers, cooling towers, ROs, clarifiers)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strategic mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales volume and margin targets
• Ability to identify complex industrial issues and develop practical technical solutions
