About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by partnering with account and practice leaders to pursue opportunities, build pipeline, and secure MSAs
- Build and manage relationships with clients, decision makers, and alliance partners to expand Slalom's presence in the St. Louis metro region
- Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and account strategy using Slalom sales tools and cross-team collaboration
- Support overall sales success by activating networks, hosting events, mentoring sellers, and consistently delivering against quota
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in a direct sales or business development role
- Proven experience driving growth within the consulting industry
- Deep expertise in the financial services sector
- Demonstrated ability to sell and shape complex professional services engagements within Fortune 500 organizations
- Consistent history of originating and closing new business while building C-suite relationships
