Sr. Sales Associate, New Equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
• Develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability
• Utilize sales tools to track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals while ensuring timely payments
• Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to support business goals

Requirements

• Business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or technical business administrator
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
• Experience in technical product sales requiring customer consultation
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work at pace within a demanding, complex corporate organization
