Sr. Risk Manager, RISC Selling Partner Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and improvement of worldwide selling partner content, communication, and education to enhance compliance and experience.
• Own and determine communication strategy for selling partners, building scalable mechanisms to improve clarity, accuracy, and transparency.
• Execute complex, cross-functional projects to address selling partner pain points and improve process efficiency.
• Manage RISC communication development, maintenance, and improvement, including authoring email communications.
• Optimize communication through A/B testing and selling partner interviews to identify needs and behaviors.
• Partner with product, tech, and policy teams to create scalable strategies and automate processes using Amazon’s tools.
• Develop, track, and improve communication performance metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
