About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead standard adherence activities for large programs, documenting outputs and communicating results to stakeholders.
- Perform effective challenge over large programs using critical thinking to evaluate project health and timelines.
- Lead program governance evaluations and manage documentation requests for audits and external regulators.
- Identify root causes of recurring project failures to determine if issues stem from planning, resources, or governance.
- Streamline and modernize the change governance framework by leveraging automation and AI tools.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership for project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvements to the ERM program to increase operational efficiency and impact board reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- 4+ years of experience in process management, risk management, audit, or change management.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience modernizing governance frameworks, including streamlining workflows and adopting digital tools.
- 2+ years of experience using project management tools such as RAID, Waterfall, or Agile.
- 2+ years of experience using Google or Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or Internal Auditor certification.
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry.
- 2+ years of experience in the consulting industry.
