Sr. Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and improvement of worldwide selling partner content, communication, and education within the Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team.
• Own and determine communication strategy for selling partners, building scalable mechanisms to improve clarity, accuracy, and transparency.
• Execute complex, cross-functional projects to address selling partner pain points and improve compliance content.
• Partner with product, tech, and policy teams to create scalable strategies and identify opportunities for automation using Amazon’s tools.
• Conduct research and selling partner experience journey mapping to identify needs and mitigate friction.
• Communicate progress, risks, and process changes effectively to cross-functional partners and leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
