Sr. Revestive Development Manager, GI

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional targets through effective coaching and daily management of representatives
• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for the GI therapeutic area
• Establish and control regional marketing budgets and manage expenses effectively
• Communicate company strategies clearly through regional meetings and assist the central marketing department in executing activities
• Cultivate relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage speaker programs
• Collaborate with key account teams, market access teams, and sales training to ensure successful product hospital entry and staff training
• Provide feedback on market trends to the Regional Sales Director
• Ensure strict adherence to and coaching of company compliance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Marketing (or related medical/pharmaceutical fields)
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
• 1-2 years of experience in team management
• Proficiency in office software
• English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong communication, coordination, and personnel management skills
