Sr Retail Media Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of iHerb's in-house Retail Media Network (RMN).
• Oversee end-to-end execution of advertising offerings, including Sponsored Products, Display, and Video ads.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Amazon Ads service team to manage technical integration and product betas.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Category Management teams to drive RMN adoption among brand partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement new ad placements and inventory optimizations.
• Align retail media placements with global promotional calendars and major shopping events.
• Define and track key performance indicators such as Ad Yield, Attributed Sales, ROAS, and New-to-Brand metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in retail media, ads/monetization, performance marketing, or ad operations.
• Proven experience running onsite advertising programs or managing ad platforms.
• Strong analytical fluency with the ability to interpret performance drivers and build data-driven narratives.
• Experience scaling ecommerce monetization programs (e.g., sponsored placements or marketplace monetization).
• Familiarity with auction mechanics, ad ranking, attribution, and incrementality concepts.
• Experience in health/wellness, beauty, or other regulated categories involving compliance constraints.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-ready communication skills.
