Sr. Reprographics Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide daily back office services including reprographics, mail, and intake functions.
• Manage job tickets and utilize appropriate logs for all office services work.
• Ensure all work meets contracted deadlines and follows established procedures.
• Perform quality assurance on personal work and the work of others.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and maintain supplies like paper and toner.
• Interact with clients professionally in person, via telephone, or electronically.
• Prioritize workflow and manage sensitive or confidential documents with discretion.
• Support other service lines such as hospitality, facilities, or reception as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of office services experience, preferably in legal, banking, or large corporate environments.
• Proficiency with mail, phone, email, and digital reprographics equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional etiquette.
