Sr. Reliability and Durability Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop the testing process for HV batteries across different project stages
• Define internal and external test equipment and facilities
• Define and develop testing methods for cells, cell modules, and packs
• Define and develop the scope for mechanical, thermal, and electric testing
• Synchronize and support vehicle testing
• Coordinate engineering service suppliers and report to the Sr. Manager of HV Battery
• Support the homologation team and production license approach
• Support the battery team in Nanjing

Requirements

• Experience in Automotive, OEM, supplier, or battery manufacturing
• Knowledge of battery system design, electrochemistry, BMS, and homologation
• Masters or PhD degree
• Self-organizing, solution-oriented, and communicative skills
