Sr. Release Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end release lifecycle, including planning, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Manage the full release process from design and build through to testing and launch
• Maintain a centralized release roadmap in partnership with Offering Managers
• Lead Go-Live activities, including the execution of launch and communication plans
• Ensure cross-functional readiness across testing, pilots, documentation, and support
• Conduct release readiness, milestone, and Go/No-Go reviews
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks impacting release scope, timeline, or quality
• Drive resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies
• Communicate release plans, timelines, and status updates to stakeholders
• Continuously improve release management processes, tools, and operating rhythms

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, release management, product operations, or related roles
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with subscription-based services, customer success, or SaaS business models
• Experience driving large-scale enablement or readiness programs
• Background in customer success, sales, or GTM operations
