Sr Regional Medical Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scientific face of the organization to thought leaders and physicians within a specific therapy area.
• Identify, map, and profile key thought leaders and stakeholders in the assigned geography.
• Execute strategic medical affairs plans, including medical education, product education, and medical evidence generation.
• Act as a therapeutic area scientific expert, discussing scientific data, treatment trends, and studies with leading specialists.
• Gather deep insights on disease trends and treatment patterns to inform medical and commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with thought leaders to conduct therapy-specific reviews, meta-analyses, and case studies for publication in reputed journals.
• Develop and implement optimal training plans to communicate the latest medical developments to sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure all regional activities align with the organization's Code of Business Ethics (COBE) and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• MBBS with a full-time post-graduate qualification of at least 2 years in any discipline of medicine.
• Alternatively, MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute.
• Experience in field-based Medical Affairs (fresh postgraduates are also welcome).
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and the ability to interpret complex medical data.
• Excellent scientific communication and interpersonal skills to build peer-to-peer relationships with specialists.
