Sr Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability across 20-30 locations by coaching Store Managers to achieve goals and execute best practices
• Lead teams through effective performance management to ensure key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded
• Attract, hire, and develop high-caliber talent to build a strong internal and external leadership bench
• Analyze business metrics to create and communicate clear action plans that optimize regional results
• Manage profits, expenses, and workforce management activities in accordance with brand policies and operational initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence, brand standards, and the protection of company assets across all locations
• Model behaviors that deliver a consistent, high-quality patient and customer experience

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail experience
• 8+ years of management experience
• Proven track record of delivering positive growth and business results
• Strong financial and business acumen, including operational analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work weekends or evenings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience within the retail or customer service industry
• Knowledge of basic optics and merchandise
