Sr. Regional Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote the PreventionGenetics clinical genetic testing portfolio to grow business within the assigned territory
• Plan and prioritize sales activities and client contacts to achieve business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop rapport with potential new accounts
• Generate revenue through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and trends
• Update and track client information and correspondence within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Participate in company-sponsored trade shows, national genetic conferences, and meetings
• Provide input to Clinical Laboratory staff regarding test development and client services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Knowledge of genetic testing or clinical genetics
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and professional presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including potential overnight or weekend travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional sales experience
• Working knowledge of CRM applications
