About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet business goals
- Partner closely with business leaders in Sales, Marketing, Founder’s Office, and Analytics to understand specific talent needs
- Attract top-tier talent by leveraging social media, job boards, referrals, and other diverse sourcing channels
- Implement and track key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, and quality of hire
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
- 6+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Proven track record of recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Strategy
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills to optimize recruitment processes
- Ability to communicate Hevo's mission effectively to high-caliber candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within the SaaS or IT industry
