Sr Recruiter - GTM

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet business goals
• Partner closely with business leaders in Sales, Marketing, Founder’s Office, and Analytics to understand specific talent needs
• Attract top-tier talent by leveraging social media, job boards, referrals, and other diverse sourcing channels
• Implement and track key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, and quality of hire
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

• 6+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Proven track record of recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Strategy
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills to optimize recruitment processes
• Ability to communicate Hevo's mission effectively to high-caliber candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the SaaS or IT industry
