Responsibilities

  • Design digital and analog circuits for next-generation Radar systems
  • Drive design and layout of multi-processor systems with FPGA on chip using DDR4 memory
  • Design switching and linear power supplies
  • Perform high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz
  • Own schematic, layout, artwork generation, and hardware bring-up
  • Collaborate with mechanical and system engineering teams
  • Ensure design certification to DO-160, DO-254, and FCC standards
  • Support radar system integration and testing in labs and on aircraft

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of professional experience with high-speed digital circuits and power regulator circuits
  • Experience with PLLs, VGA, and mixers
  • Proficiency in Altium schematic capture and layout
  • Experience with SPICE simulation software and circuit simulators
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
  • Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and Vector Network Analyzers
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree in Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience developing system architectures and managing avionics certification requirements
  • RF circuit design experience up to 12GHz
  • DO-160 and DO-254 hardware design assurance experience
  • Experience integrating and troubleshooting electronic sensors and components
