Sr. Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer feedback and RMAs.
• Oversee performance and provide improvement plans for incoming raw materials and piece parts.
• Manage inspection, assembly, and test outgoing inspections and line claims.
• Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products.
• Review the accuracy of supplier SCAR reports and monitor effectiveness.
• Maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive quality reports.
• Support both customer and internal manufacturing audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer within the semiconductor or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and controls (IQA, assembly, testing, warehouse, and shipping).
• Proficiency with 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plans, Why-Why Analysis, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with applicable standards within the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment.
• Willingness to travel between 0% and 25%.
