- Devise test strategies and test plans
- Create and track test schedule plans
- Manage test processes and test life cycle procedures
- Report testing status to multiple stakeholders at various levels
- Oversee test automation processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of strong QA experience
- Thorough knowledge of test processes and life cycle procedures
- Experience with HPQC tool
- Experience working in Agile methodology and environments
- Background in Banking or Financial domain QA projects
- Exposure to ETL, SQL database testing, and Risk management systems (required for specific positions)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
