Sr. Public Sector Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Public Sector Security initiatives within the Global Public Sector COE
• Manage stakeholder relationships to prioritize and deliver innovation in Secure Supply Chain and Cybersecurity solutions
• Orchestrate a disciplined global cadence between GBU, Category, and Market/Country teams
• Use a data-driven approach for market requirement portfolio management and business case development
• Develop strategic recommendations by overseeing data synthesis, in-depth analysis, and hypothesis testing
• Manage large, cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Consult with business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and new growth opportunities

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of work experience in strategic management, consulting, or strategic planning
• US citizenship is required
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic management frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Public Sector segment
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Security Certification (e.g., CISSP)
• Global experience with exposure to international public sector markets
