Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Design, Design-Build, and Construction projects up to $100M within the Industrial Base Directorate
• Provide direction and management for medium-sized projects to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget
• Oversee scope development, scope management, and commercial performance to meet project goals
• Plan and define program goals while developing in-depth knowledge of client objectives and contract terms
• Support Business Development efforts for new projects for US DoD and Commercial clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field
• 15+ years of related work experience with proven project management experience
• US Citizenship
• Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements
• Strong familiarity with the integration of engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and current technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing Design-Build and Construction projects for USACE or NAVFAC
• Experience with Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) facilities
• Experience in the design and construction of facilities that produce energetic materials
• Professional Engineer (PE) Certification
• OSHA 30 for Construction certification
• USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification
