Sr. Project Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and execution of complex transportation solutions, including multi-modal road, rail, and marine strategies.
• Develop specialized heavy haul execution strategies for over-dimensional and super-heavy cargo.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams during FEED and proposal phases to ensure cargo transportability.
• Oversee high-risk heavy lift operations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics sourcing process, including route studies and RFI/RFQ/RFP orchestration.
• Perform detailed route feasibility studies and risk assessments for critical transport legs.
• Develop and manage multi-million dollar logistics budgets while monitoring KPIs for cost-efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations regarding weight restrictions and environmental permits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• 7+ years of door-to-door project cargo logistics experience.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy haul or over-dimensional transport execution.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in logistics, business, or management.
• 10+ years of experience in project logistics or a related field.
• Valid TWIC cardholder.
