About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discussions with agency and advertiser partners to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and programmatic approaches.
- Translate platform capabilities into investment-driving recommendations regarding inventory, audience, and bidding strategies.
- Influence budget allocation, test frameworks, and scaling decisions across active and prospective campaigns.
- Own performance narratives and optimization strategies to connect campaign results to broader business impact.
- Partner with Sales, Planning, and Customer Success teams to shape RFP responses, proposals, and high-value client presentations.
- Identify growth levers such as supply expansion and audience strategy to drive platform adoption and revenue.
- Help standardize best practices, frameworks, and playbooks across client accounts.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in programmatic, DSP, or agency trading/strategy roles.
- Proven experience in client-facing strategic consultation rather than just technical execution.
- Deep understanding of DSP mechanics and the programmatic supply ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI/visualization tools for data analysis.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to automate insight generation and analyze large datasets.
