Sr. Program Specialist, Risk & Compliance Operations

Responsibilities

• Operationalize compliance by translating legal, regulatory, and data privacy guidance into SOPs, tooling requirements, and decision trees.
• Partner with Product, Health, Legal, and Engineering teams to flag risks early and embed operational readiness into new feature launches.
• Lead compliance readiness planning and act as the primary point of contact for audits and change reviews.
• Design and maintain scalable compliance frameworks embedded directly into Membership Services workflows.
• Monitor and manage operational risks, tracking incidents and surfacing insights for proactive mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans to close readiness gaps and implement policy changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management with increasing scope and ownership.
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing risk, compliance, or regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to translate legal or technical requirements into scalable SOPs and decision frameworks.
• Proficiency in support and operational systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Product, or Engineering teams in regulated or data-sensitive environments.
