Sr. Program Manager UIUX Design

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational implementation of UI/UX features from early concept through start of production (SOP) and the OTA lifecycle.
• Define product roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure timely product releases.
• Act as the primary interface between UI/UX design, infotainment, and digital engineering teams to translate design intent into technical requirements.
• Oversee the workflow of complex technical programs involving both software and hardware components.
• Manage L0-4 requirements implementation linked to high-level automotive development processes.
• Create and improve general development and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an automotive environment.
• Proven project or technical program management skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of software and hardware integration processes within an automotive context.
• Experience with design and engine tools including Figma, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Unity, Kanzi, or Qt.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital product design, software engineering (with a focus on UI/UX), or a related field.

• Experience with prototype testing integration.
• Ability to thrive in a fluid, proactive, and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
