Sr. Program Manager, Transportation Controllership

Responsibilities

• Review and assess the current defect reduction framework, including processes and procedures.
• Provide end-to-end management of the defect reduction cycle from assessment through execution.
• Communicate with stakeholders, leaders, and technical teams to collect requirements and evaluate alternatives.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively, managing escalations and proposing corrective actions.
• Work across transportation teams to uncover dependencies and create actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Auditing, and Finance teams to solve complex project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in Business, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field.
