Sr. Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the technical delivery of large-scale, complex finance system implementations
• Lead project delivery teams including project managers, solution architects, and engineering teams
• Collaborate with business partners, technology partners, and delivery managers across the organization
• Manage project planning, strategy, resource identification, and approval activities
• Establish and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project health
• Identify and manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) to ensure successful resolution
• Oversee program expenditures against operating expense and capital budgets
• Communicate project scope, timing, prioritization, and progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Participate in strategic planning and roadmapping for the portfolio

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading large, complex program implementations
• Proven experience implementing or upgrading major ERP, Finance, or HR platforms
• Experience leading large technical project teams (architects, developers, PMs, etc.)
• Strong experience in budget and financial management for programs and teams
• Knowledge of Security and Compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax domains
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry
