Sr. Program Manager, Same Day, SSD Operations Integration

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation to improve under-the-roof processes and continuously remove costs from the fulfillment and delivery network
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve 2026 variable cost and quality goals
• Gather and analyze data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations
• Analyze and solve operational barriers by identifying root causes and driving forward new opportunities
• Develop Amazon best practices for internal operations and leverage analytics to support the future state of the business
• Scope highly complex building design and automation solutions while identifying strategic risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements
