Sr. Program Manager, ReLo Ops Integration (RLOI)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategy for the Upstream Sortation (USS) program to ensure sustainable growth across the ReLo network.
• Conduct program-level financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and investment planning to support site expansion and resource prioritization.
• Build and manage the USS expansion roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable plans for operations, finance, and leadership.
• Partner with technology teams to identify, scope, and drive advancements that enhance program capabilities at scale.
• Serve as the strategic owner and single point of contact for USS, driving cross-functional alignment and delivering measurable business results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive operational improvements.
• Proven experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• Strong complex problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a tight-schedule environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience specifically driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing and scaling workforce development or upskilling programs across large-scale operations.
