Sr. Program Manager - Release Management, Oracle Analytics

Responsibilities

• Drive core release management responsibilities for multiple products and projects within Oracle Analytics.
• Transform product and release requirements into executable, scalable release plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in Development and Product Management to ensure successful execution.
• Identify, manage, and facilitate the resolution of risks that may impact release timelines.
• Establish key metrics to monitor release progress and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Lead release readiness assessments and coordinate handoffs with Sustaining Engineering and DevOps teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications through regular reporting, status updates, and reviews.
• Support the improvement and implementation of release processes using data-driven analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software Release and Program Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in workflow management and process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in a technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle’s products, services, and applications.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with project management frameworks.
