Sr. Program Manager, Mind the Product Training

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Mind the Product to qualify training opportunities and shape program approaches that address customer business challenges.
• Coordinate program operations, including customer onboarding, session scheduling, and trainer selection.
• Manage pre-training readiness and post-class follow-up, including collecting feedback and generating performance reports.
• Design and manage the end-to-end course experience to drive continuous learning and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and tooling to allow the program to scale.
• Support the development of the contributor network by identifying capability gaps and coordinating onboarding.
• Track and report on key operational metrics such as completion rates, trainer utilization, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, professional services, or a similar customer-facing SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into practical, executable plans.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build new processes from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product operations, or community management.
• Familiarity with the Mind the Product ecosystem and product management practices.
• Experience building and managing enablement programs or professional networks.
• Experience using AI-enabled workflows and operational automation to improve productivity.
