Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Development

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and deliver leadership development programs and resources across all leader levels
• Partner on Manager AI Enablement strategy to build managers' AI skills and confidence
• Design and manage a portfolio of experiences including workshops, cohort-based programs, and coaching
• Leverage behavioral assessment tools like DiSC and Hogan to support leader growth
• Partner with Talent Management and HR Business Partners to align development with succession priorities
• Define and track success metrics to demonstrate program impact
• Stay current on trends in leadership development and AI enablement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in learning and leadership development or program management
• Proven experience building complex, enterprise-scale L&D programs
• AI fluency regarding capabilities, limitations, and responsible use
• Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to analyze data to drive program improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in leadership assessment tools (DiSC, Hogan, 360 feedback)
• Coaching certifications (e.g., ICF)
