Sr. Program Manager, HR Strategy & Governance

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and implementation of HR projects, programs, and governance initiatives across the organization
• Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status updates for assigned initiatives
• Coordinate with HR and functional partners, including Finance, Brand Marketing, and Procurement, to ensure alignment and delivery
• Use AI-enabled solutions and digital tools to track progress, improve collaboration, and enhance program execution
• Shape HR governance practices by identifying gaps and recommending scalable improvements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to provide visibility into program performance
• Support budget-related activities including forecasting, expense tracking, and headcount monitoring
• Act as a thought partner to team members by sharing best practices and guiding colleagues on program delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in HR, program management, operations, or governance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects within large, complex, matrixed organizations
• Proficiency with AI technology and digital tools to support coordination and reporting
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR Strategy & Governance, HR Transformation, or PMO environments
• Experience with budget management, including forecasting and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and workforce metrics
• Advanced degree or relevant certification in project management or business
