Sr. Program Manager for Construction Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client representatives, subcontractors, and government officials
• Provide managerial and technical leadership to direct a broad range of program activities
• Maintain strong client and community relations
• Proactively identify potential problem areas and take preventative action to meet critical project milestones
• Prepare periodic progress reports for higher-level management and clients
• Independently estimate construction costs for changes and scopes of work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (or 20+ years of equivalent experience)
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Project or Team Leader role
• Active Secret security clearance (or higher)
• Significant progressive Design-Build experience, including acting as an Owner’s Agent
• Experience managing projects exceeding $50M in value, including complex horizontal and vertical construction
• Strong oral and written communication skills for reporting and client briefing

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI level security clearance
• Professional Registration as a PE or RA
• PMP certification
• OSHA safety certifications (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30)
• USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification
