About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Build-to-Market transition by serving as the accountable manager for the handoff from network build to Go-To-Market activation.
- Govern market readiness standards, including build completion milestones, permitting status, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Construction, Network, Supply Ops, GTM, and regional teams.
- Translate real-time build milestones into targeted market-ready activation briefs for Eastern Canadian communities.
- Drive Eastern community pipeline readiness by leading planning and sequencing for upcoming markets.
- Safeguard community sentiment and brand trust by governing consistent messaging and branding for fibre co-investment entities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate launch risks related to construction delays, community issues, or competitive responses.
- Drive governance and continuous improvement through regular reporting and closed-loop feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Planning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, Go-To-Market execution, or telecom/fibre infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-market programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate operational milestones into activation plans.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and program management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, construction milestones, and supply operations.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a significant asset, particularly for engagement in the Quebec market.
