Sr. Program Manager, Business Operations and Productivity, 3P MX External Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and deliver business-critical programs to support External Fulfillment network expansion and strategic growth.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Technology teams to define requirements and manage implementation timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, managing relationships with leadership and retail partners.
• Leverage metrics and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to remove seller friction and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop contingency plans and manage escalations to navigate business ambiguity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis, or marketing.
• Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation, and/or product behavior analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Proficiency in SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
